Unpacking / Installation Guide

Take the boxes off the pallet and group by colour

Open the box numbered one, check the contents against the parts list and fit the parts as per the instructions in the box

Continue fitting all the parts in the numbered boxes in the sequence indicated, checking that all the parts are present in each box as you go

Now move on to the accessory boxes and fit the internal elements into the frames
Tools Required
-
Set of Allen keys and/or Allen key bits that includes 4 and 5mm sizes. Other sizes maybe required to remove the vehicle's lashing eyes or side/ceiling linings, please check your particular vehicle.

3/8" Socket set that includes the following sizes; 10,13 and 17mm. Other sizes such as a 16mm may be required to remove the vehicle's lashing eyes, please check your particular vehicle.

A compact size 1/4" socket set may also be beneficial.

A torx bit set may be required to remove lashing eyes or fixtures in some vans, please check your particular vehicle.

A set of screwdrivers may be required to remove aftermarket ply side linings.

We recommend a torque wrench with a setting of 8Nm be used when carrying the final installation tightening and to avoid over tightening of the accessory fixings.
Extra Information

Any existing wood flooring or manufacturer's flooring may need to be removed before fitting.

If your van is ply-lined, you may need to trim areas for the frame to fit or to access manufacturer's fixing points.

This product must only be used in conjunction with a manufacturer's approved and professionally fitted bulkhead.

You may need to remove lashing eyes where the frame fits to the floor.
